hey guys. it's steph (MissPotatoHead). i haven't been on in like...forever but i have a new name on here.

i have some exciting new for the ppl who were subscribed to my thread called:i need all the advice a girl can get - plz read. yea, that thread...well, it was about a guy named andrew & all i said was how excited i was 2 c him again.

8 long months have passed & the cabanas are now open. yea, i actually had a countdown, lol. im soooo excited 2 go back 2 the cabanas &&& make my move with andrew. i think the ppl who supported me on there know just how excited i am =)

well, i hope i can get back on the dis as often as i used to be.

thanks for the welcome backs!!!! i love being on the dis, you guys are great!! LOL yea im going to return to the cabanas and see the guy of my dreams again =) i can't wait!!!!!!

for those of you who don't remember the story or have no clue whats going on, the story is written below b/c i don't have enough posts to write a link!!!!! hahahahahaaaaaaa im pathetic with new accounts in everything lol



well...i met a guy this summer, Andrew. he was really nice, he talked to me (he was comfortable), and not to mention...he was pretty hott. well...we met at a beach cabana. now...at this cabana..there is a little kid park and he had his sister there, and i had my mom's friend's kids. so they were playing and all of a sudden this little girl came up to my brother (when i was near him) and said, "Are you 14? Hmm? Are you 14?" and my brother says...(being a TOTAL boy),"Closer than you are...yes." she said back,"Well I have a 14 year old brother and i wanted to know if you were 14 bc he is sitting all alone." So she pointed to him. I followed her finger into heaven. There was this really hott guy, sitting alone, 14 years old, not talking to anyone. "This is my chance," I thought. So I sat down on the sand, like...I'd say about 10 steps away from where he was sitting. And i was able to see his eyes through his sunglasses looking at me...so i was really excited all bottled up inside. But then i thouhgt...maybe he's just checking me out...he just wants to play around. He looked like the kind of guy who would do that, but when you take that double take...its like looking at - HEAVEN!! lol
so...then this kid started throwing sand at me...and he laughed a little so I turned around playing with my hair and said in a flirty way,"Hey...if they did that to you alo, can i laugh?" All of a sudden, this blob of wet stuff went flying at him and sure as we knew it, it was wet sand!! so...i started laughing (in a cute way) and we ended up talking and running from this kid for a half hour. And then I had to go back to my mom's friend's cabana for dinner. So I said (climbing down from this play thing),"Hey...maybe later on you can come by and we'll play some football..or something." "Yea...what cabana are you in?" I was like...wow...he must be interested...not just checking me out to play around with."
Well...I was kinddaa wrong. He didn't show up by 7:45 so I ended up taking my brother and my mom's friend's kid, Joseph. Well...we brought a football bc there was a little open space for us to play. Well...walking by I saw "another" hott guy so just said some real cute things as I walked by and then I looked at his face as this "other guy" was checking me out and I realized it was the SAME guy. So I let my brother Mike and Joseph go play football by themselves for a few minutes. So he and I were just talking and I asked him what time it was and he said about 8:45-9:00. that was fine with me...i just had to go check on the boys, so he came along. then we all played football together and he complimented on how great of a spiral I had. Then Joseph threw the football and it landed right between us. We were about 10 feet away from eachother, bc it was football, lol. So we both looked at eachother, at the football, and then eachother. So, knowing me...I dove for it. And I mean...like he put effort running for it...but I dove and was on the sand flat down. Then he said,"Wow. Good thing I didn't dive for it, or that would have looked wrong. Especially if we just met...haha!"
So we played football for like 10 more minutes and then he said..."Look guys...I got to take a break bc my arms hurt a little." So we sat at a table...just laughing and stuff...and then Joseph and Mike are just pushing eachother into the sand and whatnot and then he said to me in a really nice way, "Soo...would you like to take a walk?" I said back,"Sure, but not too far, bc I don't really know the property that well...this is only my second time here." "ok...I've been here since I was pretty little, so I know the property. But don't worry, I won't take you that far...haha" So then Joseph screams out,"You guys are going for a walk!?!?" I said,"yeaaa...want to come?" (just to in a way suck-up to a kid YOUNGER THAN ME-LOL") and Joseph says,"Yes." and I heard Andrew say quietly,"No!!" So I just giggled. We walked a good distance, like about 20 feet and then Andrew turns around and says,"Can you please...just go? Please? This is an A+B conversation." Joseph said, "What is it? Girlfriend/Boyfriend?" I answered no. "Sex and babies?" I answered no. "Alright...I'll just leave you two alone..." Andrew says,"Thank you! haha..."
I said..."Soo....." And then Joseph yells,"Stephanie!! Your mom wants me to tell you you are leaving in two minutes!!" "Ok," I answered,"Ohhh....I would stay if I could...I'm sorry, Andrew." "Yea...I wish it could have been just you and I talking for a sec without Joseph annyoying us, haha" "Yea..." "Hey...could I uh...get your number?" "Yea sure..." and I gave it to him.
He seemed quite happy, tho. So we finall got back to where the tables were and Joseph says, "You know I was joking, right?" "No, you couldn't have. My mom is like that sometimes. Andrew, I'll be right back." "Ok." My mom just asked me where I was so I said there was some kid in the open space playing football with us. (Even though, I wasn't only playing football...I was flirting and talking with Andrew. Now...by that time...I could consider us as friends...we'd like a moment alone once and a while...he's cool with my brother and all...so - I thought to myself...hey - i really like this guy.)
So..I went back up front and Andrew was just sitting there with Joseph and Mike. Then he just walked toward me and said..."Man, that kid can be so annoying sometimes...haha" "Yea...haha." So...anyway...everytime we go to Joseph and his family's cabana, it is a tradition that Joseph screams on THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS. Then...to make us die of even more laughter....he goes into the boy's bathroom so it echoes REALLY REALLY loud. So...Joseph said..."This time I want to get paid. $1.50, from both of you." (He was talking about me and Andrew.) Andrew said..."Fine. I'll pay for her and I." "Ok." He went into the bathroom and screamed so loud and Andrew quietly says..."Come on!! Let's go.. Then we won't have to pay...Come On!! Run!!" "ok..." My brother followed us and I'd say was about 10 ft. behind us...so it's not like...anything wold happen between Andrew and I. Plus...I know better - lol
So my brother wasn't hiding...he was just standing there. Joseph saw him...and went and told my mom that I ran off with some boy. So my mom yells, "Stephanie!! Come here right now!!" And Andrew says, "Ohhhhh man...Steph, I'm really sorry if I am getting you in trouble. Should I follow you and go apologize?" "No...just stay here...bc it was just you and I behind some...wood thing...so she'll think something else." "Well then just explain to her your brother was here." "ok" my mom called me again, "Stephanie!!" So I ran. My mom grabbed my wrist and walked me and my brother (who was off the hook - hey - he was there, too!!) back to the cabana. My mom's friend's daughter Sarah, had left her $100 shoes at the private beach. So, my mom, her friend, and my mom's friend who was down a few cabanas went to the private beach looking for the shoes. They told us to stay in the cabana or we're dead. Andrew walked by pretending he was on his cell phone...talking to us. Then we saw...their flashlight dissappear in the 10:00 at night sky. That meant they went far enough down the walk where we could talk to Andrew and they couldn't see us anymore. So...Andrew came up to me and said, "Look, I feel really really bad about before. Should I just apologize to her?" "Uh-oh." "Uh-oh what?" "I see the flashlight...you better go." "Ok..sorry again." Well...turns out the shoes were still ij the same spot, un-touched - which was great. So they came back..we were all just sitting around and we had all of our stuff packed up. Andrew must have been peeking down a few cabanas to see when we were leaving bc he came by and asked where my mom was. So she said..."Yea...????" "Look, I'm really sorry about before...It was my fault...Joseph wanted us to pay him for something he already did a few times so...we ran...and Steph's brother...Mike I think his name is...was with us. So nothing could have happened. Plus...I think she knows better, and I'm not that kind of a guy who would do that." "Oh...ok - I thought you were going to tell me something else...or whatever. Well...we got to get going...sorry. What's your name?" "Andrew. Oh...and is Steph coming back?" My mom's friend said..."Yea...I guess we'll have to bring her back."

Just be like hey and wave first. If he dosn't remember just waving won't embaress you because it's just a wave. If he remembers you he will wave back and talk to you, and then you can just go from there. I'm sure he remembers you, after reading your story.
