Those who have been to WDW many many times: Do you bring your camera EVERY TIME??

I don't just bring one camera -- I bring two, lol!

I have a small Sony Cybershot that fits in my pocket for most of my photos, but I am trying to get used to SLR so I have a Cannon 300-D that keep around my neck for pics that I think I want using higer pixels.

We take the pictures everytime, too! I also buy a photo album when I'm there and all the pictures go in! But I can weed thru them now without feeling guilty, because we have so many, not all fit into the album.

Truth be told, I love the ease of the disposable cameras. I know they are expensive at WDW, but I love using the ones with Tink or Mickey or whoever on them.

I am planning on buying a disposable underwater camera for our trip to Blizzard Beach. We've never been so I'd like some pictures of that!

One of my favorite things to do at the parks - when I spot a person taking a picture of their family, I stop and tell them to get in the picture. Boy, some folks have the funkiest cameras!

We always bring our digital camera with us. You never know what pictures you will get. Now I've come a long way from my first trip way back when. I came home from that trip and must have had over 100 pictures of the castle. I was just fascinated with it. :D

I've been about 18 times, and although I still always pack the camera, I now only bring the camera from my resort on certain days. Last year, DS and I had a specific "camera day" where we went around and took pictures at a variety of places (actually, this was on our "down day"-didn't do any rides). Or if you have a meal you're doing for the first time, you might want to bring it. But I don't always bring a camera to the parks. And you know what's neat? I've had several people stop me and ask directions to a specific attraction or resturaunt. They figure that anyone who's in a park without a camera must work there! That's mainly why I like not always bringing a camera.

YES! YES! YES! Take the camera! You never know when something photo worthy will happen. It would be better to have it and not use it then not have it and kick your self for the next two trips!

Like some others my DH and I take two. He has the digital and I have the film. We have however gotten where we always take the digital - it's small but I will leave my SLR in the room. But I also have taken to buying disposables in advance - it's a lot easier to carry them and I don't have the big camera all the time that way. But I still take the SLR certain days. Of course our last trip in December (2002) we were going to two MVMCPs and my DH said "Just leave the camera this first one and we'll take pictures next time" Well it rained the entire second party. Won't do that again.....we'll take pictures the first one and leave the camera the next time. Oh....and definitely buy an underwater camera for the water parks. We had one and it was awesome. I would never take a regular camera to a waterpark. Next time we go I will probably buy two underwater disposables.

On our first trip with our DD we took the video camera, 2 35mm cameras, and a digital camera. I took TONS of pictures and lots of video. Now we are on trip #8 with DD and we take just the digital and sometimes the 35mm. If we have a very special something we take the video for one of our days. I scrapbook all our trips, but I try to take different shots each trip. Have fun.

I NEVER take the camera when my husband and I are sneaking off for a "weekend in Florida"...boy if my DD6 saw pictures and find out that we were at Disney without her :earseek:

On our last trip, I took my SONY Digital camera, took a whole disk (it uses cd's) full of pictures and bought over $100 of scrapbooking stuff at the scrapbook store in DTD, and the disk corrupted! I have NO pics of the Cinderella breakfast, or the Norway Princess bkfst...or the blah blah blah. The good news is that since I didn't want to WASTE that $100 of scrapbooking stuff, obviously, we are planning a trip back to get those pictures again!! :teeth: ;)

We always take the digital and download each night now, plus we take the 35mm and a disposable or two...

Don't they have disposable digital cameras now too? Guess if you were afraid of losing your good one, you could prepurchase that and bring it along.

We always buy waterproof disposables for the waterparks. Less worry that way. But get them at Walmart before hand - cheaper.

Absolutely! So far, I have two wonderful slideshows set to music, a DVD with videos of rides, parades, and shows, two scrapbooks, and countless pictures in frames all over my house. It helps us keep the Disney magic at home all year long. I will always bring my cameras, even if we start going more than once a year.:earsgirl:

OK OK, you all have convinced me......take the CAMERA'S!!!::yes:: This trip will be a Kodak disposable that I picked up at Walgreens $10.00 for a 2 pack of 800asa!::yes::
