Those who binge watch Netflix shows

What are some of your favorite series that you have binged watched on Netflix? During the winter I'm always looking for shows to watch due to my favorite current shows being on winter break. Here is the list I have watched so far over the last couple of years. You will see I watch a variety. Currently watching Arrow.

I watched it when it was in TV but West Wing is a fantastic show.

I've also enjoyed Brothers and Sisters, Army Wives. Hart of Dixie and Greek are cute. If you haven't seen Mad men, it's excellent.

And Friday Night Lights!

• Arrow - not binge watching, generally one episode per week, as our family TV night
• OINTB - started, but stopped midway in the second season
• MASH - I never watched the first run. I'll watch a handful of episodes at a time.
  
• Mad Men - I saw seasons 1-5 in first run, binge watched the remainder on Netflix, and desperately waiting for the last half season
• Twin Peaks - Just started this, got most of the way through the first season yesterday. I figure I'll quit after I learn who killed Laura Palmer.
• Twilight Zone - will be a candidate for family night after we catch up on Arrow
• EDIT: I left out Sherlock, but that was another weekly TV night show

I also binge watched Downton Abbey on PBS, when the entire series was available for free from their web site. I think now you need to have a minimal membership with your local station to get full access.

Other candidates for future binge watching: Breaking Bad, Daredevil, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Also the handful of classic movies that they still have.

Grey's Anatomy, Friday Night Lights, Heart of Dixie

One more show that relates to binge watching: Sense8 needs to be binge watched.

We watched it weekly when it came out, but I strongly advise others who may not be sure whether they'll like it to binge watch at least the first four episodes. It's a sophisticated sci-fi show with an ensemble cast and the sort of complex story line you might expect from the Wachowskis and JMS. But that means it takes at least four episodes to understand what's going on.

I like almost what everyone said. Things that havent been mentioned that I watched Narco, and a few real old ones, Rockford Files, Ali McBeal, Saving Jordon, Heartland and that new 10 episdoe documentary The Making of a Murder is outstanding but really only focusing on one side

I think I watched 6 seasons of Mad Men in 2 weeks last year. Great show!

Watching Mad Men right now-up to Season 4. Like a PP I see that they only have the first half of Season 7 so hope that makes it there soon!
