Those using swagbucks ???

Ok, I need some help. I’ve been on a roll ordering the $25 prepaid Visas. As soon as they come in I immediately order a physical gift card from shop Disney.com. Last week I ordered an e-gift card, because I was told I could combine them together with the physical gift cards on mydisneygiftcard.com. That worked fine. Today swagbucks cleared me another $25 Visa. I immediately went and ordered the $25 card from Disney. I get an email shortly after that they can’t verify the Visa card either the bank. I called and they gave me the same reasoning as the email, meanwhile I never had a problem. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for the money to go back on the card. I’m getting the run around—swagbucks said i treated it like a “credit card” which it is not—that’s why Disney wouldn’t take it. I called prepaid digital solutions and they said the card is fine, Disney just chose not to take it. I don’t know what’s going on all of a sudden! Anyone else having any problems??

I have read of many people having issues being able to use the Virtual Visa at the Disney site. I've not had any issues, but I also only use it once a month. I also have the Virtual Visa registered. Is yours registered? That's the only thing I can think of? That or maybe I just haven't been dinged yet?

I never had a problem using my Virtual Visa through the Disney site either, but when I read about people having problems, I decided not to chance it. Now, I load the Virtual Visa to my PayPal account and I use PayPal as my payment method when I checkout. I figure if there is a problem, at least I have my Disney money and I can "duke it out" between PayPal and the Virtual Visa people. It *IS* a completely legitimate card and I don't understand why online retailers give customers the runaround when they try to use it. I had a HUGE issue using one from BestBuy and I will NEVER do that again. It took me almost 6 weeks to get that resolved...they sent an unactivated gift card...said I purchased it with a fraudulent credit card...refused to activate my gift card...wouldn't refund the money...all kinds of fun stuff. I finally got it straightened out but it was a mess.

Wait....I just purchased $150 in BB gift cards from My Gift Cards Plus....are these the ones you are referring to that are being claimed as fraudulent??? That makes me nervous!!!

Add the Visa to your paypal account, choose to pay through paypal and select that visa as your payment method. That's what a lot of people are doing now. The last 2 I ordered that way have been fine.

Online at Target. Either add the card as the payment method or add it to Paypal and pay that way. Both ways work fine.

Yep... I just had my first issue with this also. Started with shopDisney chat and was told there was an "authorization hold" and the funds would be back in 3-5 business days. That never happened so I called shopDisney and was given the same reasoning. The representative kept asking me if I wanted to add another form of payment to complete my gift card purchase. I finally called Virtual Visa and was given the runaround again that shopDisney just had to complete the purchase until I explained that shopDisney was NOT going to complete the purchase at which point it was "no problem, funds are back on your card". I haven't tried to use the VV again yet though.

Remember when weekend goals used to be lower? Mine were always 70, 80, sometimes low 90's......today my first goal is 150, which is higher than it's been all week. And before you go assuming that it's because I've had some really good SB days in February, causing an upward trend in my daily goals.......NOPE, I only earned two $25 GC in February and the first was the discounted Virtual Visa, so I didn't even really earn 5,000 for the whole month. Hopefully it gets better soon....I'm hoping that new loyalty program they are promoting really helps those of us that have been around for a while.

Once I spoke with the VV representative, the funds were back almost immediately.

Hmm wow that’s weird. Our first goal is always the same as each other and it’s 82 today. I thought we all had same first and then different second goals. I made about 75$ in SB for Feb, DD28 did about $65. And $1.00 each of ours was from the team challenge and then also buying each a discounted Vv.

I have had a horrible time earning SB since Christmas. I was earning around $125 a month...so the last two were rough (for me). As for first goals....mine have always fluctuated based on how I was earning, but weekends were generally easier. And I didn’t think everyone’s were the same? The way I understood it (from PP) was that it was based on what you’d been earning, but first goal was generally around 100....maybe I’m wrong? What is everyone else’s first goal today??? Maybe mine is just a glitch and it’s the SECOND goal that changes? I could be remembering incorrectly....wouldn’t be the first time

I'm 82 for the first goal and 300 for the second. Fortunately, my Gillette for 5500 dropped today. Worried tomorrow is going to blow my Monthly Master bonus. Weekends are tough.
