I'm not loving SB right now....
Back on Black Friday, I made a large ($800+) purchase from QVC. I went through SB, did a little browsing, and then later, went back and filled my "cart" and completed the purchase. This generated 2 shopping trips which I could see in my activity ledger. Well, I waited and waited and waited and I never received a pending Shop and Earn credit. I filled out a ticket and submitted my receipts and shipping confirmations. They were running a special for 7% back so this was a substantial amount that I was missing. Again, I waited and waited and waited...nothing. I got no reply. I even sent them an update that I had returned a $600 item in the order so I should only receive 1400 SB instead of the 5600 that I was waiting for...no response. I sent a few "nudges" asking for any updates...nada. Today, I see an email from SwagBucks Compliance

"Thank you for taking the time to write to Swagbucks about your concern. Unfortunately, we are unable to attribute your activity to our website. In order to have your activity track, please be sure to complete it through the link on our website. Also refrain from using any third party software that may block our systems ability to track your orders. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."
I went back to my Activity ledger because I wanted to send them a screenshot and ask them how they cannot track my activity when they have a trip number (2 actually) and you can clearly see that I have 2 visits to QVC. Guess what?? THOSE VISITS ARE NOW GONE! The trips to the other stores (Cabela's and
Best Buy) where I also made purchases that day are still there, but there is now no record of my visits to QVC. WTH?? They most definitely were there before because I had to select one of them when I sent in the ticket and I did not know which number to use.
I'm miffed right now. I have always had such good customer service from them and this is really disappointing. I am going to continue to use them, but this is a bit disappointing. It was bad enough that I had such a bad experience with QVC...this is just the final icing on the cake
