UPDATE:
I was deactivated on Saturday this last weekend. I sent in a ticket right away. Tuesday of this week I got a response but it said I need to electronically sign and send in a photo of my license. I did do that. I am still waiting. Here is my email to them and the one I got back. I understand what happened but it feels like I need to donate a kidney to get back on. The only reason I clicked on 2013 is because the survey did not give me any other years to choose from. There was a blank on that same page wanting me to type my age in. Which I did. I was just fixen to cash in on my points. I do not like their service at all. SBs seem to be very difficult.

I started a survey (which has happened before) and the month
and year would not drop down far enough to pick my year
1970. Today the lowest year was 2013. I chose it because
in the past, the next screen would work and I can pick the
correct year. The next screen showed an error but as soon
as I went to pull it down the arrow was gone. I chose the
lowest year to see if it would take me to another screen.
This time it deactivated my account. What the heck? This is
a survey. Not an actual log in or anything like that. I
understand the age issue but your surveys have GLITCHES. I
had a lot of points. My account needs to be activated back.
