Man, I am getting so frustrated with the Discover offers. They NEVER credit. Ever. I have to submit a request every time. They always credit it eventually but it is such a hassle and I NEED the points for my daily goal. Anyone else have this problem? Tips for getting things to credit the first time?

Oh, no! I think they just killed the mobile apps for old versions of IOS.

Few comments on reddit someone on an Iphone 4, I'm using a 4S and someone else posted about using a 5.

You will get an email with a link to your gift card. It is electronic, so you can either print a paper copy or save it as a pdf file on your computer.

Oh geez, I was using a 4 that quit on me this afternoon. I was getting a 'not authorized' message and it made me log in but then the same thing happened immediately again. I just checked and my 5 still seems to be working though. I hadn't been using it lately for apps. Its running version 10.2.1 FWIW, as is my new iPhone SE (The 4 is using version 7.1.2 and I don't think it can be updated.) Bummer, that was my DD's old phone and it ran well for the apps until now.

I tried to do the Sundance offer last night, for 200sb off the homepage, and it didn't credit. This morning at work, I saw both it and the 300sb one on my homepage, so I did the 300sb one (just adding a random period to my email) and it credited instantly. I then cancelled both memberships. I thought I remembered someone saying there's didn't credit, so I thought maybe they had the same issue.

My husband did his from the homepage and it didn't credit. So he sent in a request and SB responded that they're aware of the problem and trying to resolve it. I'll tell him to try the 300 SB offer and see if it works. Thanks!

How long does it take to come? I ordered it last night and haven't gotten anything yet....the first verification email went to spam, so I'm nervous that the gift card went to spam too

Depends on the card you redeem for but most of mine this year have been delivered within a day or two.

In your Swagbucks account, one of the options on the dropdown menu that pops up when you hover over your point total, is "Order Status." When the status changes from Verified to "In My Giftcards" check the email account. If you can't find anything then you can go to "My Giftcards" (same way, hover over point total and select) then you can see when it was sent and if it didn't come through, have the email resent.

Lately, things have been coming quickly, but my first redemption took most of the 10 business day window.

See my post above regarding mobile apps on old versions of IOS. What IOS is your iPad running? Anything running IOS 7 are toast. IOS 10 seems to be fine. Not quite sure what the status is for those running something in between. Someone on reddit said someone on Facebook says has to be IOS 8 minimum.

All my SB apps suddenly stopped working yesterday on my iPad. Like you, they still worked on my iPhone 6. So I checked for an update like you did, but mine did have one. It updated to 10.3.1. I then had to update all the apps and reopen them. Since then they've worked again. It's strange that your iPad doesn't have the update available.

It sure was nice at the end of March to finally be able to earn larger numbers of SB when the nCraves were worth more. Now they keep shrinking in value, first down to 4 points, then 3, and now 2 - for the same number of videos as before. I rely on nCraves for a lot of what I earn, so it's back to slow going again.

Nothing is auto run anymore for me. AYCE, nCraves, watch, etc. Anyone else have this happen?
