Those using swagbucks ???

Using. I thought you and your dh are running apps on the same devices under different accounts.
Yes, I have just started that. So I take it I need to stop immediately. But I should be ok that the accounts were created on the same laptop?
Are we safe to do any of the other things (daily poll, daily crave, NOSO, videos) at swagbucks.com on the same laptop?

Swagbucks doesn't publish precise rules on what activities will and won't get you banned, but as a rule of thumb, the more it looks to their computers like it's one person with two accounts, the more likely it is that one or more of those accounts will be suspended.

I'm annoyed with my daily goals. Sure it's great it went from 115 yesterday to 85 today, except that I always get at least 200 a day, so I'm losing out on the extra bonus with it being at 85. What gets me though is yesterday my 2nd goal was 440, today it's 490!

I rarely make my 2nd goal m-th, but Fri-Su I can, though often with lots of extra work. I thought by not meeting my 2nd goal it would also go down, but all it does it go up all week and then go down to 400ish for Fri-Su. I don't remember it being this high last month or even December.

I'm happy mine is 85. It's been a busy day and crappy 10 SB for SBTV made it take longer to get my goal.

My husband and I both use the same computer but different devices for apps. Not banned so far *knock on wood* but if we were, oh well. Swagbucks is so slow nowadays anyway. Not everyone has multiple computers and tons of devices.

Same here with two accounts. Hubby and I both use the same computers/laptop for the Swagbucks site. We do use two different phones for the mobile app, only because we both had our old Samsung Galaxy phones laying around so we put them on airplane mode and run the apps there to not take up time from our regular use phones. Only been on since around September, but no issues yet. Hoping nothing happens now that I've actually said that "out loud" though...LOL.

Thanks to those who gave me some reassurance about using the same laptop. I will stop running the apps on the same phone. Hopefully, we won't get banned since it was just for a couple of days of using the same device.

The PP who mentioned using airplane mode, how does that work? I turned mine on airplane mode and I just got a message that I had no network connection and the app wouldn't run. What am I doing wrong?

My son was banned today and he used a completely separate email address, separate laptop, and had only been on for a few days. No rhyme or reason as far as I could tell, other than being in the same house as me.

We just put our phones on airplane mode and connect to the wifi at home. Honestly not 100% sure why on the airplane mode, other than the fact that hubby told me we should do that. I use airplane mode on my regular phone when I travel on cruises so I can use it for internet but won't get any calls/texts. Not sure why it would be necessary with our old phones since they are no longer connected to our phone numbers. LOL. I just did it because hubby said we should. Probably not a necessity though.

It saves battery life. Cell phones, by law, must be able to dial 9-1-1, even if there is no cell plan attached to them, so they're always trying to stay connected to cell towers unless you put them into airplane mode. Same for GPS.

You really are the Perfessor! Lol.

wish they would have just changed them all to 15 sb then it would have worked out a little better. no ncraves today has made it hard. cleared the history and still no ncraves hoping tomorrow i have some

I lost nCraves on my swagbucks laptop earlier today, but still had it on my regular laptop, so I rebooted. Nothing. So I closed the window, waited through a set of 3SB nCraves on my regular laptop, opened a new window, and there they were. I was a little worried because I hadn't made 1st goal yet, and I wasn't exactly excited about watch lists....

I did not have ncraves today either. LTG was my ticket though. I got 28SB's or so from him. Another 6SB's from TTG. Ran apps and actually got a couple of bonus rounds (hadn't gotten any since the change to SBTV). So, not a stellar day but met my 85 goal. I was glad the goal was lower today since it was harder to earn.

So if your'e attached to wifi to begin with, the only benefit of connecting to airplane mode is to save battery life?

Tell me it get easier over time. I have read through quite a bit and decided to jump in and give it a whirl but it's such a grind to me. You all make it seem so easy.

That is very interesting, did not know that about the no cell plan requirement, I was baffled how some were using old phones. I do use airplane mode from time to time to save the battery when I know there is a tower issue but never realized it would still be wifi enabled (even without a plan). This opens up the app world to me.

I think it gets easier as you get to know the way different things work and where to find them. You learn what works best for you and what you ultimately think isn't worth it. It still takes time, and you have to decide if it is worth it to you or not. One of my sisters thinks I am insane and that I am wasting my time, at least she did until I paid for my tickets and food for my trip in two weeks with swag, perk and rebates. We started saving up at the same time and she won't be able to go until December. I am going in two weeks and then again next January, that one I plan to pay for entirely with "free" earned giftcards and churning. My husband thought I was nuts at first too, but now the last couple of weeks he has been aiming for about 200 SB a day, before he would only run the apps to humor me, then I convinced him to at least meet the first goal etc.

My mom got me hooked on SB and for the first few months I didn't worry about goals or any of that- just got the swing of it. We'd text the bonus codes back and forth, and I'd always shop through SB. I got to know the site then started reading through here. Even after being on a while it took me a bit to find TTG (the tank top girl) and LTG( laptop guy). It still seems like I'm getting to know the site but now I'm consistently making my first goal and a lot of times my second. Don't stress yourself out by all the info here- you'll get the hang of it!
