Those using swagbucks ???

Alright, frustrated here and wondering if anyone else experiences this. I installed the apps on Thursday & they all ran great. Friday, I ran SBTV but everything else would just spin and spin. Some ads would play but never the videos or it might play one or two and no more. And now today, when I open the app, it says 'loading' and then crashes and goes back to my home screen. All of the SB apps are doing this. What is up with that?!?

Mine were doing that this morning when the site went down. I closed out all the apps completely and turned off my device. When I turned it back on and I started them back up they worked again. They can be glitchy, that is why I posted the list of things I do to "troubleshoot" them the other day.
 
They are not working for me either and I shut down. No network connection is what they all keep saying.

I was also having issues with apps, and restarted my ipad and everything is running smoothly again. My nCraves never stopped working when the apps were being wonky, but I was unable to search using SB search and got a message that the site was down for maintenance around 11.
 

Website and aps have been off and on (mostly off) all day today for everyone (see reddit).
Currently, the website is working for me but the no-go on the apps....any of them....despite restarting the phones.

I did a survey this morning and didn't receive credit for it. I want to submit a ticket, but I don't have a screenshot of the completion page or a URL of the survey. I do have the survey number. Do you really need all that to submit a ticket? Does everyone collect this information after every survey they take? Just curious. Thanks.

I'd like to know this too. I had one survey that said it was 50sb but I only received 10sb. I put in a ticket but never hear back from them. That was 3-4 weeks ago.
 
Question.. do you guys put your phone numbers in for surveys or anything? I try not to, but I think my computer auto-filled it a few times and I have been getting calls NONSTOP from scammy places.

Only if it's a legit survey place that needs it for shipping or a phone survey.

You can sometimes get a screenshot after the fact by going into your history and finding the page that you were on. It doesn't always work, but I have found it useful for making a claim.

Often I will reload the gold survey's page so I get the blue bar that says you completed a survey blah blah and screen shot that. I've successfully used that if I don't have a screen shot of the final survey page. I do often hit print screen when I'm on that last survey page if it says I've completed it, the button is right on my keyboard and nothing happens if I don't paste it into a program. Some survey's go through the final pages too fast or I get confident because the sb's have been crediting that I don't get it and will then reload the gold survey page to get that blue bar. I've never submitted a url of the survey and I don't think the new way of submitting for credit even asks for it any more. And they do seem to be getting pickier about having a screen shot of something.
 
My advice for surveys is to always take a screenshot at the end. If it credits, great! You can easily delete the screenshot. If it doesn't then you have proof. I also copy the url of the survey to put on the help ticket. if the confirmation goes away too quickly just hit refresh and it will pop up again. Sometimes you can check your history and go back to the screen and get one if you didn't. If you have the survey number you have a better chance than if you have nothing at all, but it just depends on who is helping you. I have mostly had very helpful people and then a few that were kind of rude.

Phone numbers....on legit panels where I need to follow up, like the $20 one I did in january, I put my phone number. The others I have a line that is strictly a fax line and I put that number LOL. I probably shouldn't but I do and it makes me laugh when I hear it.
 
Under Discover Officers there's one for hipmunk, it's a travel thing. If you do a search and create a log in it will credit 35sb, it's up from the normal 10. It's also on PL but I think for less than the 35 and it was instant credit.

Actually a neat site because you can compare expedia etc and when I clicked on the hotel I wanted it took me to expedia's site.
 
Another under Discover Offers that worked and paid pretty quick is Trip Hobo for 75sb. You have to create a trip and then sign up. It was easy, I put in a departure city, where I wanted to go, dates and it figured out what I could do. I finally figured out that reading the disclaimer on the offers tells you more of what needs to be done vs just the details on the offers.

My daily craves have not been working since half way through January. I don't even bother with them anymore. The other ones work though.
