I may have even been dumb enough to use my own name. But as soon as I went to order a gift card, I was waiting and waiting for the email, then when I went to log into the other account, it was canceled. I figured it was because it was my second account. I had different email addresses, but everything else was the same. Super stupid of me.

I started using SBTV this week, after reading about everyone doing it for months. I can make out the 36 but then it says I can get a bonus 2 if I watch another 24 videos. That seems a bit nuts and not worth it. Do the bonuses get better after that first one or should I max out and be done?

Most evenings I don't have time to do more than this anyway, and my wifi can be tempermental so letting it run while I sleep won't work. I've also only got the one device.

Has anyone ordered the Visa gift cards? Do you get an actual card, or a code like the Target gift cards? I'd like to use them to save points to help pay for our wedding but we need actual cards.

Also I've been running it for 2 hours and it has a 30 second Fisher Price commercial between almost every video A lot of the other apps start creeping up in bonus rounds. I've seen them as high as 29. Once they go over 15, I close them.

Visa gift cards are codes, the only thing you get a physical card with are some gas cards (and I'm not certain which ones on those because I stick to target and paypal). You might consider getting something like target for the first/discounted card each month and then using paypal for the rest, since you can transfer that to your bank account.

Mine has started hitting 7 too, but usually it's after I've been letting it run for a really long time. That 30 second Fisher Price commercial is driving me nuts though! I've been letting SBTV run all day the last two days, but I feel like I still haven't even gotten that much because of that dang ad.

It is so annoying, but I still got 220 the day before yesterday and 138 yesterday, which is way better than the minimums. DS doesn't usually get bonus rounds, so he only gets in the low 90s on his best days.

Can confirm. My GF and I live together and use the same address and ISP essentially. I SB more than her though and we have no problems.

I think your biggest challenge will be if you make too much in your sister's name, she will receive tax paper work as "extra" income in the states.

You could have your accounts canceled and your IP banned if they suspect that one person is running multiple accounts. It would then be up to you to prove that you are not scamming the system. Some programs like Perk will cancel rewards, take all your points and require a photo ID for each person using the same IP. Even then, your account may not get restored.

Best other advice …. keep it off the internet and don't ever refer to your sister's account as your account, not even in an offhand way. I'm not joking. Years ago when Swagbucks was so strict about things like one account per household there used to be internet tattle tales that were constantly reporting other people for things they'd post out on forums or in Facebook groups. Just stay within the rules and monitor what you say. I know it sounds ridiculously paranoid but Loose Lips Sink Ships and all that.

Lucky!! I am bad about forgetting my search tab, and I got a really good collector's bill yesterday but it timed out on me :/ Have to remember to check for a win before getting distracted by the rest of my tabs!

I think your biggest challenge will be if you make too much in your sister's name, she will receive tax paper work as "extra" income in the states.

How much would that be? I was never asked for a SSN when signing up for SB. I think I am only averaging about $100 extra per month.

I work for a not-for-profit and we have to issue a 1099 for any non-regular employee whom we pay $600 or more a year. We do have their SSN on file in order to do this. I'm not sure how--or even if--this is done for people who earn gift cards/Paypal on Swagbucks?

I actually got to the "Thanks for completing. etc, etc. You'll be redirected etc, etc..." page and then it loads and at the top it says "Sorry you didn't qualify". WTH? Anyone else experience this?

Yep but is was a gold survey. I logged a question to see if they would throw away my answers but still use them. Swagbucks just gave me the bucks. So log a complaint.

That happened to me a lot. I decided to write into the help desk and found that you need a screen shot of the Thanks for completing page and know the survey #. I now take screen shots of all that and find that when i have an issue they are very quick about crediting me.

I had this happen to me last month, but I just didn't feel like even trying to mess with getting SB to credit me for it since I was at work when doing it. Two days ago I got credited for the full amount, and I know that was it because it said "survey- september 18."
