I never got the no ads thing! When I was able to let it run the other day, I had a 30 second ad before every. single. video. And they didn't even have the option to X out of it like some do.

I just clicked on a survey for 70 SB that said it would take 10 minutes. When I got to the first page, it said I had to download something so I decided not to do it and closed the tab without even clicking the "no" button. It still credited me the 70 SB!

Do you have to do anything to claim them or does it just show up like your daily/monthly bonus?

They let you know you are eligible for the rebate but you do have to actually cash out a reward to get it. So it's not like the bonuses that are just awarded, you do have to use your SB on a gift card in a certain time frame.
Each Swag UP event has it's own details which are available on the Swag blog when they announce the Swag Up. (look in the lower left of the SB home page for the blog link)

How does shop & earn work? The first time I used it I put in a help ticket because I wasn't sure it worked correctly, now I have to wait 30 days to get my points. I used it again and again it doesn't show my purchase. Do you normally have to wait a few days for it to show up?

It can take a few days for it to show it in the ledger (and some stuff takes forever to credit, like ebay). I think my ebay orders run about 3 days behind in showing up in the ledger (and 70+ days to actually credit).

I am new here. I have used Swagbucks in the past and didn't use it enough to amount to much. Since we are now planning a Disney trip I decided to give it another shot. I have used it today and some of the points aren't showing up in my account. Any idea why? Thanks!

It depends what you are doing. Some tasks will reward instantly because it's directly offered by SB. While others may take time to verify through the 3rd party vendors that offer the promotions.

Daily bonus are also rewarded the next month, not daily. Having same apps at the same time can cause problems as well.

Sometimes it just doesn't show up at all so after 30 days I send a help ticket. Last time they credited my account immediately with the missing points. At least under the 'shop & earn' tab I can see what stores I visited so if a purchase doesn't show up it's obvious. Then other times it shows a purchase right away. I can't figure it out.

Ummmmm nCraves has been a great little "money-maker" for the past few months and now it looks like it has been changed. Anyone go on the usual nCraves/swagbucks page and see that all the 6SB categories that run on Discovery Mode are gone? and the nCraves seems to be part of the "Watch" page (knew that was coming) which was also "downsized" to make earning bigger SBs more difficult. I was up to about 300-400 SB a day-- that's going to be decreased now with these changes in effect.

I have found that I have to complete two or three nCraves in manual mode before the Discovery mode ones become available. Then the first time I run Discovery Mode there are only a few options and they don't say how many SB they are worth. After I do that one, then I finally get the regular ones (including Girl Running Through the Woods).

I noticed over the weekend that nCraves had no usable Discovery modes for me. The high value ones were gone and the smaller ones that were left wouldn't play. Then yesterday it was back to its old self--working great and high credits. So this morning I started again and it worked fine. Now it's back to not working.
