Can anyone confirm if refillable mugs are still available? I am assuming we can’t fill them up ourselves anymore, but wondering if they are still an option.

Also, are masks on the pool deck required?

Anything else new to report?

Disney Food Blog published a story saying that refillable mugs were available at the Rivera, but a cast member had to fill them.

Hear With the Ears was live yesterday at BWV & BCV. Mugs were available, but as pp said a cast member will give you a new disposable cup each time, they do not handle your mug. Masks were not mandatory at the pool, and towels were available. Some chairs had been removed and the remaining ones were spaced.
There were hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobbies
The gift shops had one door for entering and a different door for exiting.
At Beaches and Cream they give you a paper with a code you scan with your phone to see the menu.
Both lobbies were promoting mobile check in, and had signs up saying there was no need to stop by the front desk. There did appear to be plexi glass added to some of the front desk areas.
There were a lot of cast members walking around with squirt bottles of disinfectant (?) wiping off handles railings etc.

I am at Kidani for the week. It doesn’t appear that masks are required once you enter the pool. I didn’t see anyone wearing them there yesterday when we walked the property.

No resort hopping is allowed without a reservation for dining. Our daughters family were going to come to eat with us in our room but a cast member told us that without a reservation no guests were allowed.

The CM will give you your drink in a paper cup and you can pour it into your refillable mug. They won't handle your mug.

Would make sense to scan your MB to confirm you have an active mug/entitlement. The mugs are useless now if they are giving you a paper cup. We have a collection of mugs that gets bigger and BIGGER.
