Those savvy with car rentals? Pleas help...

I am looking for a car rental July 4-12
P/U Orlando D/O Tampa
Ive done everything (used my costco card, Bjs card, playing around with codes) Bottom line...I stink at this. Ive been getting between 300 and 400. I am looking for a full size but can go into a midsize if need be. Can someone help. Please : )

I found a midsize for $275 including taxes and fees and a fullsize for $308.41 through Avis here:

It will be tough as most coupons and discounts are blacked out for the 4th of July period.

Using AVIS code K199060 I get $247 with taxes and fees for a midsize. When you compare prices, go all the way to the end as some car rental places will charge a drop off fee, even in Florida.
