Our last trip at the park my dd wanted those light up things that spin, they had cinderella or buzz. I didn't buy because they were a lot of money. Does anyone know if the Disney store sells them cheaper? Our store is a bit of a hike and don't want to go unless I know I would really save. We are going again in May and thought maybe I could surprise her. Thanks

I am in NH and our Disney store has them for about $12. The last time I went down in December they had Princess, Incredibles, and Power Rangers. They also had Peter Pan spinners on clearance for $2. I did buy them each one because when we went in 2003 I remember them being around $15 and they are probably more now so I saved a couple dollars at least. I have also seen them on e-bay but they would have to be inexpensive enough to justify the price when you add the shipping cost. :earsboy:

If you buy them at the Disney Store, just be sure to put the batteries in before you leave, or take a screwdriver, so you can get the batteries in when you get there. I though I was smart, and bought 2 on clearance before we went, but they sat in the hotel room, because we couldn't get the batteries in

Yes, they have them at our local Disney Store for $12, I think. I haven't ever caught them on sale there but I did find them at one of the Disney Outlets near WDW for $4.95 each. The ones we got have Mickey or Minnie ears. They are really neat at night during parades or firework shows.

I have bought these at Walmart before.
I do not remember if I seen a disney one. I think I remember seeing a princess one.
My son got a scooby doo one..
They were around $ 5.00.
They were in the toys dept.
They also have some circular light up ones that are not themed. They are very neat. I will be buying these before our trip.

Our son, then age 3.5 drove us crazy wanting one of the buzz spinning thingys==every store we went by. Never forgot about it. cried in the car off and on for the rest of the week!

My husband and I are avid garage sale-ers and decided to stop at one in Orlando on our way somewhere-- Son was with us of course. Went over to the toy part of the sale with him and he screamed out "Buzz Buzz!" i looked down and there was a rubbermaid bin of those spinning things--all different characters. For 2 bucks a piece. We bought 10 of them, swung by a grocery store to get batteries and I had one happy little kid! Shoulda bought the whole bin of them.....

Gotta go find those spinny things--they are around here somewhere. :)

Same here I buy them on clearence at Disney store and bring them with us. I have also found light up magic wands and star wands at Walmart/Target/Christmas tree shop. these were only about $1.75. I hide them in my suitcase and take them out once we get to WDW. This helps curb them of wanting another souvenier because they now have something new to play with. Besides I think they think I buy them there. I have never told them that but if it saves me alittl $ then who am I to correct them.

I have bought several on the Disney deals auctions and they were the same ones sold in parks and the Disney Stores. A Stitch lightchaser selling for $20 in the parks and TDS sold for $4 online. I stocked up so if one gets broken or lost I won't be too upset.
