Well, I am now the proud owner of multiple DW ADRs 
I got up bright and early (completely not a morning person) to get my ducks in a row before 6:00am. 
Promptly at 6, I log into my account and where it used to say make dining reservations March 19, 2012, it now says make dining reservations now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am PUMPED, that must mean the system recognizes my confirmation. So, I click on make a reservation, I made my first ADR for my arrival day. At this point, I think I've got this! So, I go for day two.......sorry we do not recognize your confirmation number......what???? 
Tried again, same thing. 
So, I wait, and wait, and wait until 7:00am. I am already thinking in my mind about the 2 hour calls I have read about on here when trying to book an entire vacations worth of ADRs by phone. When I was connected, I got a great CM. She was very helpful! I am thrilled to say that my call from the time I hit send until the survey at the end of my call was complete was only 22 minutes. I got all the restaurants I wanted (had to switch two around to different nights) and all times were within 15 minutes of what I requested. So, what started off as a bad experience was not too bad at all!!!!!
