those dream fast passes

we have gone the past two weekends and are figuring out one of the tricks to getting one of those. . . today was the first time we actually saw them in action, haven't seen, but keep hearing the same time and same place the past four times we have gone. . . we are thinking it not nearly as random as advertised. . .

My daughter LOVES the movie and we just timed it perfectly, we had bought us a mickey loaf, had them slice it for us though, and I heard the announcement, so we walked right on over and had a great spot!

We got ours as we were walking in when the park opened.We thought we picked the wrong line because it was going so slow.But when we walked in there they were off to the side giving them out.It was awesome.Good luck to every one.

Well, I don't know what Arlie Pooh has in mind, but I will tell you how we got ours. We were enjoying the FL rides during early entry (on a Sat) and at 8:15 am, rode Big Thunder Mountain and the Dream Squad was waiting as we exited handing out Dream Fast Passes. They were there for at least 15 minutes because we saw them as we entered the ride, waited about 10 minutes to board and figure 3-4 min to ride and 2 min to disembark and exit. We kept watching to see if they were still there - hoping they would stay until we got off the ride and exited. I have to tell you, we are AP holders who visit every few months and it completely made our entire weekend stay! Many, many people asked us how we got them and it was awesome to use them all day. I kept the pretty blue card attached to a lanyard as a keepsake. My advice is to ride one of the rides that have FP early in the morn and your chances are greatly enhanced to get a Dream FP. I'm an AP holder and have been going every weekend this year. It's starting to irk me to see all these people wearing them, and not gotten one yet myself!

The closest I've come is when I went to the bathroom last week and the dream team was standing in front, giving out free Photopass pictures to people. It was fun and all, but Nothing like getting a dream fastpass would be!

We were dreamed twice on our last trip with the dream fast passes... Our first was Friday morning in front of splash mountain's big drop and then again on Saturday morning near thunder mountain... The same crew too! Not sure on the exact time, but this was maybe an hour or so after the park opened and we did not have EE either day.
