Those attending Mickey's TT Pin Event. . .

I just got off the phone with Event Services. I was trying to find out what transportation they would have to the MK since the event starts at 6:30 am.

From what Mary told me, they are going to run buses from Port Orleans (she didn't know which one) to the MK. If you are staying elsewhere on the property, you will have to drive over to PO to catch the bus to the event. The monorail will not be running when the event starts.

You can book your room through Event Services. They don't expect to mail anything out for this event for about another 3 weeks.

I am on the wait list for the Contemporary. My BIL is retired AF so my sister and I will save some cash.
I will walk over in the morning I hope, if the room does go through. If not I guess I have to pay lots of money for a regular room. Sure hope the AP rates get posted soon. PEggie

We were also thinking of staying at the Contemporary. However, it sounded as though we'll have to pick up the RSP items at Port Orleans. I hope that's not true!

Thank you Lisa!@! I was starting to get alittle worried that OI had not received a catalog with the pins and the RSP forms to send in to event services. I see they were prompt in posting payment for the event!! OK good one less thing I can breath about. Anyone wanting to make reservation for Prot Olreans may weant to do so soon!! I was just there this weekend and they were busy as bees!! Hope this helps!!
