Hi Folks,
Just booked this morning for Orlando in July 2007 for 3 weeks :cool1: . We're flying with Thomas Cook, never used them before so I was wondering what they're like for service. Also we've never flown into Sanford always MCO. Any opinions? :confused3

Never flown TC longhaul but have booked a few hundred! most clients reckon they're on the better side of charter flying - up there with first choice rather than 'down there' with TCD economy etc, I would imagine it'll be a pretty bog standard form of travel but, hey, if it saves you a few quid and gets you theer you'll have a fantastic holiday, its only a small part of your hols after all and any plane, even flying first class can be delayed, suffer technical problems etc so I wouldn't stress about it. As for Sanford, its further away but is smaller and doesn't have the daft double baggage drop off thing, we've managed to get through the whole airport, immigration and all in about 20 minutes before so although you'll spend longer transferring you probably won't lose much time realistically!

The only time we have flown TC is to/from the Caribbean for P&O Cruises. The service is fine and the crews we have had each time has been fine, but the seats are configured 3-3-3 which is horrible and they are very cramped.

I would definitely advise you to upgrade.
