thomas cook, tickets?

my trip is booked with thomas cook, we go in 2 weeks, but haven't had any tickets yet, is this normal?
Seems a bit bizzare as they never told me flight times / terminals etc so I could book transfers and airport parking! Talk about leaving it till the last minute!

I would ring them as it is normally two weeks no harm in ringing!
When we went with First choice it was 2 weeks I noticed your ticker says 2 days so they may ring you at the weekend xxx

Ive booked with thomas cook too and they told me 14-7 days before the holiday we should expect the tickets, it is annoying though, I want them in my hand so its one less thing to worry about!!

They did give me a travel itinary though with the flight times and I pestered them into giving me flight numbers so I could book some travel.

I rang and asked flight times, but they couldn't tell me terminals grr! Ah well, will sit by the phone till I get that call, I want me tickets!!
Although at least this way I can't lose them

We're also going with Thomas cook in just over 3 weeks - but we know flight times and terminal and our transfers are included maybe as we chose flight times and have done airport parking. they did say Disney leave it up to a week with getting to tickets to the travel agents. But in there at transfe tickets for 1st transfer and flight tickets then get other bits when we book in at hotel. Your flight times should be on your booking conformation just looked at mine and they are all there too. Def give them a call- its their job to sort it all for you - get them to Pull their finger out

If you know which airline it is and which flight times you can know the terminal by looking at the CDG airport site as each company has it's terminal and they don't change

Your TA is a bit useless though as they have it on their system when they make the booking if they cared to look

just wondered if you had got your tickets yet *** weirdly we had a phone call from thomas cook this morning to say our tickets were ready for collection!

nothing yet! Gutted! I might call in tomorrow and ask as I want to sort out currency exchange anyway.
