I don't think it will let you use the coupon to discount the value of the camera unless you have at least $100.00 in the 'basket'. You could experiment with it and get back to us.....

ETA: The camera is Mikona brand with a value of $39.99. You could try adding the camera and an additional 60.02 in merchandise and see if it will allow the discount of the price of the camera after that.
