I don't recall seeing any trailers near Pioneer Hall, but maybe I just missed them.

Could they be referring to cabins when they say trailers? I only remember two though, so maybe not.

They are behind a fence, behind Pioneer Hall and are used as office and break-room kind of stuff.

Ah, that would explain it. I guess it's a privacy fence surrounding them. Oh well, as long as it doesn't disrupt the Hoop-dee-Doo Revue, they can do whatever they want to them!
