With all the people being scared of Mr.Obama, I'm pretty sure the Klans membership drive is bigger than ever![]()
Wow.
With all the people being scared of Mr.Obama, I'm pretty sure the Klans membership drive is bigger than ever![]()
There's a difference between someone that has a "D" after their name, and someone that's also actively and financially supporting your opponent.
Before last Friday, the person in question was thought to be just a member of the panel along with others. When Palin agreed to the format, it wasn't known that the person was actively going to shape the investigation. That's not a trivial change. French has also already stated that the outcome will be "damaging" to Palin even before the first person has come before the panel... that's prejudicial and should be enough to cause someone setting in judgment to be excused. If she was not aware that the person she agreed to work with was a huge supporter of Obama before she agreed to work with him, that is all the more reason to believe that she is not intelligent enough, nor savy enough to be one heartbeat away from the Presidency.
She has known for sometime that she was on the list of potential VP candidates, even though she was not yet on the short list.
If she is that dumb, I don't want her making decisions for this country.
Not in an election year. Everyone with a letter after their name is actively supporting their party
Really? Every Democratic state Representative and Senator is out there stumping for Obama, writing $2K checks to him, and making visits to his campaign offices and posing for photos???Not in an election year. Everyone with a letter after their name is actively supporting their party
So lets find someone without the letters. There are a lot of independents in this country.
Are you ever going to answer my questions from earlier? I really do want to know.
You mean like Mr. Obama going back on his promise to use public financing for his campaign?

Heck Obama recently said TV could no longer edit his interviews without his people present. But Palin did not get that courtesy. What gives??
Now...back to the issues...
It's not that she can't handle it, but rather that it is not going to be a fair investigation.
OH yeah? And was Bill Clinton's independent investigator "unbiased"?? He got a (justly deserved) humiliation from the Rep hate machine and now? Talk about whiners! Palin is scared senseless, so she will just avoid the issue. What kind of leadership is that?
Palin's move? We haven't had anyone this evasive since...Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Charles Keating, Neil Bush, dick Nixon, etc. etc......

"Hillary" was right. I asked earlier, did Sarah Palin tell Charlie Gibson that she was willing to cooperate? If I remember correctly, I think she did. If she did say that last week, was she lying? If not, what changed between now and last week.
Branchflower has said she isn't being subpoenaed so I dont see any refusal to testify there.
Perhaps she should have insisted?
Is she really that stupid and naive to believe that her interview wouldn't be edited and some of her remarks may be shown out of context?
Apparently Obama is smart enough to know about the media and take steps to protect himself.
If she is that naive and stupid, it is yet another reason she does not belong in a position to be making major decisions for this country.
I would much rather have somebody smart enough to surround himself with people who know what is going on or could happen then somebody who keeps calling foul everytime she wasn't smart enough to do her homework.
If she is to naive to figure out what Charlie might do or the democrat she agreed to work with just might be an Obama supporter, how the heck is she going to figure out what Putin might do?
I think it's sad to blame Palin for a journalist's lack of ethics. I don't think you can really compare her expecting a professional to behave as such to any expectations of behavior from a foreign head of state.
I'm sure Palin isn't as media savvy as Obama, but that's a lesson quickly learned.
I'll quote Bill Maher on this one: She is a category 5 moron.
My kids knew in middle school that there is such thing as journalistic license. In high school they studied ethics in the media.
And she wasn't media savy? Please. So, she only has more experience than Obama when it suits her? But Obama is more media savy? Did she do any homework at all to see if Charlie Gibson was friend or foe before she went on air?
This is the person one wants one heartbeat away from the presidency? I don't think so.
I'm saying she has less experience campaigning and giving interviews. That's different from experience as an executive, something I think she has a little more of than Obama (though I think she too is lacking there).
I'm glad your kids studied ethics and the media. I think there are a lot of journalists out there who could use a refresher course.
