each time i try and reset the words above my avatar, under my DIS name-i get the same thing back i had before. Do i click submit modifications or reset? Thanks

It sounds like you already know the place to change it. (> user cp / Edit Profile / Custom User Text) Once you enter the new text, don't click the Reset? box that is out beside it. That resets it to the board default. Go to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Modifications button.
