This picture of The Attic makes me sad...!

The picture that Disney has on their venue description page for The Attic (https://www.disneyweddings.com/florida/wishes/venues/attic/) totally makes it look like I could fit 45 people there for my reception!! There are 32 seats just in this picture, plus indoor seating. Why do they post such an amazing picture (with beautiful tables that I would love to have!) and then cap it at 36? I can't think of anyone else to cut from our guest list, but it is absolutely killing me that we can't have The Attic

It is probably due to fire code.

It's because of the weather. They used to allow a max of 50 people in the Attic, but now they only allow as many as will fit inside if the weather is bad. Which I've always thought was lame because it's a covered patio, so unless it's raining horizontally, you can still be out there with no issues most of the time.

It's also lame that they're using a photo of it set up in a way they'll never allow real couples to set it up.

Thank you, Carrie, for the info… I figured they had a decent reason for having that particular guest count, but it's so depressing to see that beautiful picture on their page every time we click on The Attic description, knowing that they wouldn't let us do it.

If it's because of rain, why can't they have a backup venue? They're killing me
