I've met many interesting people while standing in Disney lines (which never happens in DMV lines or movie theater lines). Sometimes I think it would be fun to get to know these people just a little more, maybe have lunch and then say goodbye. I guess I think it would enhance the human experience at the parks, a bit different from the "what are the least crowded days, where are the shortest lines, how can I get the most done in the least amount of time" frame of mind we all seem to have while visiting DW.
Bottom line is this - I am a single dad going with my 11-year-old DS and thought it would be interesting to see if anyone traveling at the same time may want to, for a lack of a better term, "do lunch." I figure this is a social experiment more than anything else, reaching out (via this board) to those from different parts of the country, or world, and take an hour or two to learn about them and where they come from.
Before I go any further in this, I wanted to see if the idea intrigues others, or if it's just a little too out there as everyone is happy with the status quo, keeping to themselves and enjoying the holiday with friends and loved ones. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
