This might be helpful for some of you who have children with autism....

My DD doesn't have autism, so I won't be considering the card, but it is an interesting idea (although I think most places would just laugh at the "front of the line" card).
If someone didn't want to give the information asked for, you could easily make your own card. You can get business cards for printing on home computers pretty easily.

seems to me the best use for these is places like the supermarket etc when yr child is
acting up, or people are staring, it can take some of the 'disapproving frowns' off their
faces.
