this may sound crazy, rent a video....

Curious to know if there is a place to rent a video camera for a few hours/day. I just don't want to be lugging all of our cameras/computers, etc with us. What do most people bring in video/picture/computer equipment?

We are flying from Oregon...

I don't know how it works now, but 14 years ago I rented one when I took my niece. It was just her and I. She was three.
The camera was huge in those days, and very heavy. I am sure that with the new technology available now, you would get a much smaller camera. I rented it from the camera shop right on Main St.

Places rentway and rent a center rent them by the day.

Howdy from Oregon! We were just in WDW the first week of may and I know for sure that the camera store on main street does not rent video cameras anymore. While we were in the store a man came in to rent one and the cm told him that they use to rent them out but no longer. Have a wonderful trip!!!!!!!!!

DH decided he will carry all of our cameras!!!

Curious though, did you and your family fly Southwest? And if so, how was the flight? I am a little nervous about flying them to MCO.

DH and I always fly southwest- you cannot beat their rates and with the rapid rewards card we had a free flight to MCO. Our flight was fine. We stopped in Kansas City to let people on and off then we were back in the air to MCO.They gave us snacks and drinks but it was a long day!!!
We packed sandwiches and chips for lunch that worked out well b/c cookies and peanuts are not enough. I don't like to fly and that was my longest flight EVER and I would fly southwest to MCO again! HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
