Moxie isn't that bad, but I think it is more of a boys name. It was James Van Beek's name on Varsity Blues.

I'm starting to think celebrity's are putting these names out there for the public and it is really not their names.

When you hear these weirdo names you wonder what the people are thinking. And then someone in your own family pulls a stunt like that, and the whole lot of you is forced not to look at each other during the baptism for fear of laughing when the baby's name is announced. Our niece has two doozies for her daughters -- Cardinal and Diamond -- and with her waspy sounding last name its just a hoot. Ahh, its DH's side of the family, many of them aren't known for their good choices.

I like Moxie (I dunno about the Crimefighter part). I like Moxie better than my name though. Ashley. Ugh. I think 1 in 3 girls my age and younger are named Ashley. My mom never was very original with names though. Oh well.

I think Moxie is kind of cute, but really cute for a dog. My dog's name is Ruxie
(Roo-ksie). Now I have another nickname to add to her others. RuxieDooksieDoo, Ruxie Round Pants, and Ruxie Crimefighter. I like it!

Maybe MoonUnit Zappa can give her some advice. At least Moxie as a first name is somewhat reasonable, it would have been worse if her first name was Crimefighter.

My brother has a student in his class named YoMajesty....the mother said if the queen of England can be Yo Majestry than so can her child....UGGGGGGG

When the Spanish authorities attempted to prevernt David & Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) naming thier 3rd son Cruz I thought it was out of order - people should be able to call thier kids whatever they like HOWEVER I really think that somebody should stop this middles name of CRIMEFIGHTER asap, This kid is going to spend soooo much money on therapy.
