I was wondering if perhaps anybody knew if you could transfer the use of USO orlando ticket to the California US park? I know you can do it with WDW tickets, but unsure if you can with USO tickets.

I don't think you can. Also, Disneyland will accept WDW passes but Disneyworld does not accept Disneyland tickets.
