It FINALLY stopped raining here. The (gasp) SUN is actually out. It's so wet around here there are mushrooms growing in bunches. You need to put waders on to go in the backyard.

The Sun did come out this morning for a ceremony I attended for my friend who was killed on 9/11. It was actually hot.

Oh, Tony, was that your firefighter friend? How nice that the sun came out for that -- funerals and memorials are always so depressing in the rain.

Its supposed to be crappy here all day tomorrow - so I took advantage of the sun while I could. After visiting my new nephew in the hospital this morning, me and the kids hit the pool! You never saw such a mass exodus of people when the lightening started!

This whole rain thing is pretty ridiculous. I've been trying to get my house painted for ages, but it's always raining. It's so silly looking, half beige/ half blue.

it was Snoops. There was a street naming ceremony for him. Lorraine his wife really didn't want to do it but his Mom wanted it. So they did it and had over 250 people there!! Had a huge catered bbq - Rob would have wanted a party in his honor LOL. Thats the kind of guy he was.. So we all said that it was Rob who made the sun come out LOL
