2 30 gallon garbage bags filled with spoiled food

*hahaha I love how I spelled fridge wrong and neglected to finish the word 'shopping'

it's been a long day :(

Ugh, that's terrible!!

Sorry dear. I've been there and know this pain. :guilty:

I was stressing so bad about the money we'd have to put out for a new fridge, that I told my husband that we'd have to cut some corners to make up for the difference, like less spending money, eating out less, trying to not turn the heat up from now until spring, to downgrade from a Mod to a Value to compensate for the difference, etc, etc...

Luckily, my uncle, for some reason or another, had a fridge hanging out that he didn't need. It's beat up and is small, but the last fridge always looked empty, so this would be perfect.

On the way home, my husband giggles (yes, giggles) and said "We get to stay at a Moderate!"

I'm freaking out over what I'm going to eat for lunch for the next week and a half or so, and his biggest concern is where we stay this Sept :rotfl:

I know how you feel.

We went on vacation once and when we came home we noticed a very unpleasant smell. Upon further investigation we discovered the freezer door was open a few inches. Apparantly a ham or something had fallen and caused the door to open. And apparantly this happened right after our vacation started, because all of the meat (that's all that was in there, meat) was defrosted and water and blood was all over the carpet. It was a huge mess to clean up, and we never had an upright freezer in the house again. It was heartbreaking to lose all that meat too.

Ahhhh!!! That picture paints the perfect picture of my worst nightmare!:scared1:

btw.. I love me some foodpopcorn::
