I'm probably the world's worst typist. I hit the wrong key about 60 % of the time, and misspell even more. The last sentence just now I had to correct just about every word, but today on VMK, I get a message in my typing space bar (what IS that called?) from the game telling me --get this-- I'm typing too fast and I have to wait 18 second before typing more, then it counted down to zero.


I was only typing –“lol”

I call that the Typing Time Out. It happened to me tonight. I think it
happens when you type more than one thing in succession, regardless of
how many words used.

If you typed LOL, hit enter, than did it a couple of more times quickly,
it should give a Typing Time Out.

I get that every now and then. It means you are a super speedy typer. You deserve a pin or something.

This happens when you send packets (hit enter) three times within a 5 - 10 second span. That eats up to much space on the server for VMK. At least that what my huband explained, the computer wizard that he is. He is a Network Communication VP, so I guess he knows what happening. Unless I misunderstood and that is very possible. LOL

Yeah, i knew it served a purpose. I thought it was to stop spam messages, like
COME TO MY ROOM! COME TO MY ROOM! or something. lol. Maybe that, too.
