Do we know that Randall's biological mother is dead? I simply can't remember if we saw a scene of her death, or was it a drug scene and then William alone with the baby? Or did we see her pass in childbirth? I have no clue why I can't place such an important scene.

Asking because it could have been a case that she took off or William decided on his own that two parents addicted to drugs was not an option for a baby.

Thanks cluvsdisney. That is absolutely my thought/recall. I remember it being relayed. I just openly wondered if there was an actual scene or just a conversation of acknowledgement on its own. It keeps playing on me for some reason.

She died of a drug overdose I believe. It was in the episode where they showed young William falling in love with her.

When I posted this I didn't communicate it properly. I was wondering if we knew his biological mother is dead for sure. I knew we were told that, I just couldn't remember how many ways it was relayed to us for it to be a shut case.

It's awful of me to think that William might lie - although I can think of some reasons - especially after seeing his son's pain with Rebecca. I don't think it's in him. I wish CTV would go back further in episodes so that I could view those early episodes again.

I don't know why it is on my mind. I guess I know that families/people can keep secrets to their grave. A lot thinking that they are doing it for good reasons, when it's clearly not.

I knew we would lose William tonight. Milo tweeted something about needing to take a day off tomorrow due to the emotional episode. I just felt he would die once he got back to Memphis. Home. I also knew it when he picked out the post card. He told Beth he would send her a postcard. somehow I figured she would get it after he died.
