How is Frans leg?
I hope they give you what they gave me. The nurse said it would give me a feeling like heroin, which didn't help me since I haven't got heroin. 30 second later I said I feel a little drunk, a minute later I was asking if I could walk if I got out of the bed. No problem walking but I'm sure if I stubbed my toes and broke them I would of kept on walking.
Hope you get some relief too.

I am so glad you are better!
What did they give you? Oral meds? A shot? IV drip?
I haven't seen it yet today. She's going to take a shower and I will unwrap it then. She stayed in bed until noon. But then she sat upright until about 5:30, either at her computer or in the car. She's back resting so we'll see.
Better no. Lost the weight of a infected organ YES!. Still a little slow from the entry wounds.

I think your son will understand. Can you play board games with him?
He loves monopoly, the problem is sitting in a chair so long to attentively play. We usually play on the floor but it uses so many stomach muscles now torn up, to get back up.
In a week I should be good, being laproscopic it's a quick recovery.
I'm back in business thanks to DH picking up a universal adapter.
Good night all, time to wear out the puppy so she'll go to sleep.

Skiing - sounds like you're healing up nicely, get plenty of rest so you don't have a setback.
Queenie - I hope you can shake your migrane soon.
Alison - good luck keeping Fran off her feet.

I am so sorry, at least when you are done healing you can do the normal things. At least you can watch some movies with him. You can lay doing that.
IV for a day and a half and then onto codine or some junk orally as the surgery pain ceased.
I missed it what did the doc say about Fran's leg?
Why would she be sitting in the car?![]()
The biggest dissapointment was I was hoping to bike with DS on a sunny day. Now I can't be in sun for a week because the antibiotic can lead to burns. And the wound posistion doesn't make it sound pleasing to be leaning forward on a bike.

Timing wasn't aweful we got skiing done and went to a museum. Those were the big things to do over spring break. It mostly just made it hard to keep up with his homwork. At least my DM could watch him, and I'm sure for a couple days he watched TV all day.
Yeah, I know tomorrow I have to go to one of our properties to have the gas turned on. I have to wait from 12-4. She wanted to take a shower tonight, but it's 11PM and I don't want to have to wrap her leg back up before going to bed, so she'll have to wait until tomorrow, but I have a 9:30 appt. She has the nurse coming at 9AM, should be an exciting day tomorrow morning.
