I am reading it now. When Loren was little he played with his sisters Barbies all the time. Of course he used them for wrestling figures but still. He loved their kitchen far more than either girl did.

No, he still hasn't heard back and he is taking the ostrich approach. Keeping his head buried in the the sand rather than call his DR. He of all people should know how important it is to get it taken care of. His dad had to have reconstructive surgery on his nose because of skin cancer.


I finally watched Tangled. As a matter of fact I am watching it again right now. How adorable!! I love Pascal!!

ARGHH Scotty!! Go Call Your Dr. NOW!!! My Dad just had another skin cancer cut off today. Well yesterday. Friday. My get off chemo End of third treatment day!!! Woo Hoo!!!!!

Our high school starts around 7:30

I never imagined they have elementary start that early

We were spoiled the last 2 years. Trent went 9:10 to 3:40

This was great for us, as Trent is not a morning person and neither am I

This year, it is 8:30 to 3pm

Ours starts at 7:45 and gets out at 2:50 but as we are homeschooling this year we are having breakfast at 8:30 and starting @ 9.. We aren't starting till Sep 5th though I think. Too many Drs app etc... Maybe before then if my sisters start it with them. they are taking the responsibility of this on their sweet little shoulders. It will work out best since they can keep them more with them being homeschooled. They can come home when they want but they have enjoyed just having fun and to be honest as much as I miss them I am glad they don't have to see me sick all the time. They saw enough with their Dad being so sick. O.k end of rant....

I wish ours started at 8am...there's just something about those extra 10 minutes that seems soooo early!

yeah, see our lunches at $3 just seems really expensive!! I know California stuff is generally more $$ than here, so I don't understand why ours is so much. I mean $60 for lunches for a kid who may not eat everything anyway, is just such a waste.

Wow our lunches are $1.50 for elementary and $2 for intermediate and Jr high $3 for high school.

Disney obsessed here.

I got a new house key today!! Oh and Loren's hand.

Why yes I do!! Scotty and I are going to make a quick trip to Disneyland for Valentines Day. We are going to spend two nights and hopefully at least 2 and a half days. I started a pre-trip report, I will add a link to my signature when I get back on my computer.

There is so much going on at the DLR. There are new rides since I was there last February even. Its all so exciting!!

I am looking forward to that opening. There are so many changes being made. It's just barely over 6 months since I was there and there have been major changes. New restaurants, rides, attractions, so many things. Oh and Rehabs, there is new sleds on the Matterhorn and Star Tours is totally rehabbed. I am really excited to go again!!

Sounds awesome!! The three days Shannon and I spent at Disney World without the kids was the only trip we took without them. 5 day trip total. Precious Memories I wouldn't trade for anything! Every couple needs some get away alone time every now and then and what better place than Disney!!!
