I was Rabbit the second time I took it. The first time I took it I was WTP. I HAD to take it again.

We don't rent movies. I go see what I want to see. If I don't want to see it enough to go to the theaters I can wait for it to come out on HBO or whatever.

With all the drama in DC right now with budget and with how hot it is, and Trent whining cause he only wanted to go if we could meet Obama, we pulled the plug on it

We will try again when he is about 10

So we are doing a mini trip to Lancaster instead

Found a cute hotel and are going to try and do Dutch Wonderland, Hershey Park and Strasberg

Sounds like a fun week and weekend for you with all the birthdays

I think when we do DC, we will be doing a fall trip

WE didn't have actual tickets for White house, we just got our name put on a tour list to go and visit.

Unfortunately, you can't give them to anyway else for security reason as they id you

But, if you are interested, I have tickets to Washington Monument...3 of them for July 20th at 11am.

They do have my name on them, but I doubt they really check id, considering all 3 tickets together were 7 dollars...really just a donation to national park and shipping fee.

If you want them, let me know and I will mail them to you

Except Loren has pink eye. His friend Vincent brought it home from Disneyland. I myself prefer other souvenirs.


I went to Target and bought the kids a few note books and some sodas, and easy food for dinner. Then I went to Barnes and Noble and bought myself a new cover for my Nook before they discontinue the size for mine.

I am okay. Took a mini trip to Lancaster, PA. We went to Strasberg railroad, waffle house, outlets, took buggy ride, antique shops and swam A LOT!!!

Carla left today for a mini trip to Florida to see family and Nicole

Yes, we had fun, minus the heat

Best part was the pool

No ladder, you just walked down a slope into the pool

so neat

We took a buggy ride today which was fun, minust the horse leg buckling and being drug on the pavement

So glad he didnt break his leg

We went back to the farm and they gave us a new buggy and horse

The temp gauge in the car said 104 and that was without adding in humidty..so more like 112 !!!!!

I don't even want to leave the house tomorrow, but back to work tomorrow

Right now our bedroom is about 90 degrees, I hate that it takes forever to cool off. I can't sleep when I am too hot.
