This is an old car commercial in Japan.
There is a ghost in the background so they took this commercial off the air.
After the car turns down the hill, and after it is almost done making the other turn you can see a ghost in the background! But you have to stare at the screen or you won't see it. And it founds like it is talking so you might want to turn your speakers on.
