It is 76° here right now (it's 80° in our old town) and we are expecting measurable snow on Friday :lmao: .

Wow, 76 degrees, that's pretty dang nice! :thumbsup2 But snow on Friday...yikes. It's about 68 degrees and sunny here in south central WI :sunny: After a cold late September and October, it feels great. Crazy weather seems pretty typical here, too. It looks like the weather will be miserable on Friday with rain all day and temps in the upper 30s to around 40 degrees. We might get a little snow Friday night. The upper midwest seems to have some pretty strange weather... :confused3 :teeth:

Yep, that's for sure! :) We have such extremes here, too. Days in the summer can feel as hot and humid as Florida, while days in the winter can feel as frigid as Siberia.
It's nice being able to experience the 4 different seasons, too. ETA: ...although this fall has been feeling more wintery than usual.

Same for me in WI. I hope the snow doesn't amount to much.

We have had all four seasons just today, almost--started out cold this morning, then a bit of drizzle, then the sun came out and we had spring like temps, now it is warm like summer and this evening will cool off to feel like fall.

It's is a stunningly beautiful day!

It could have been cold today, so I'm enjoying it.

herc.

You would think you were in New England. If you don't like the weather, wait a minute and it will change!!

Golfgal, enjoy your snow on Friday!! :dance3:

That's pretty neat! :) I'm just trying to enjoy warm days like these while I can. We've got a long winter season ahead of us yet!

Am I the only one that is actually looking forward to snow? Unfortunately I wasn't able to get outside and enjoy the warm weather today...although I think it only got up to maybe mid-50's here along Lake Michigan.

Crazy to think that two weeks from tonight, I will be sitting at our holiday parade. I can't believe winter is that close!

I'm kind of looking forward to the first snow...it's so pretty! It also helps get me in the holiday spirit. We had some flurries last week here in Madison, but that's it. I just don't like walking around in it...it's slippery and it takes at least an extra 5 minutes to walk to class in it. I haven't had to drive in it too much yet, but that's not fun either.

I know, it's hard to believe winter is so close. This year flew by.

I think it's still supposed to be pretty decent tomorrow...upper 50s and sunny in Madison, but probably a little cooler along Lake Michigan. Hopefully you can get out tomorrow (before bad weather comes in on Friday).

I'm here too golfgal!! Only here, that's part of the beauty of Minnesota! It sure made my week!! Look out for the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
