Hello everyone,
I know this is not the thread where I offered for those that were interested in experiencing of going to the memorial service for the Apollo One astrounaut which were Gus Grissom, Ed white and Roger Chaffee, but I want to thank everyone that posted for one and most grateful to those that emailed me wanting to be a part of it, but due to many factors couldn't -Peter Werner and his family and Dawn Hope who lives close to me, will be going with her daughter - All of these will make a good respresentation for all of you - also I have learned the memorial will be filmed for a documentary later on to be shown on tv - it is a shame this is not open to the public, but at least you will experience what we had a chance to do - as I told Mrs. Grissom, I am very honored to be there since I was here during that tragic event - well in fact all three tragic events - at 6:31pm on January 27 there will one minute of silent prayer for all of those that lost their lives going on to explore space so send a silent prayer if you have time.
God bless each and all and thank you again for the kindness each of you have always showered upon Norm and I.
