I can totally see this happen in America. And then, the fellow would hire a lawyer to sue Disney because it was the devil that made him do it.

I don't know about others, but I'm saying most American judges don't seem to be kind enough to actually acquit someone on that defense and give them a chance for redemption....

Sounds like he is being held responsible for his actions, he lost his job. That is huge. I don't get how post traumatic stress syndrome will cause you to steal packages, especially when he said he gave in to temptation, but he is having to pay for his actions plenty.
