After 2, its kinda ridiculus in a public place. Especially because it wasn't their party.
Its one thing if its in their place of residence with no people around. I'm even known to go around my apartment sans most clothes because well its summer and I hate being sticky in this icky heat. But in public its different.
Now I can excuse it if the kid gets sick and the parent just wants them out of the "sick" clothes. I was 6 driving up to North Carolina with my parents when well the stomach flu hit me. My parents had to pull to the side of the road and do some clean up. I gave all of I-95N that day a peep show.

I knew I wasn't way off here!
I find this entirely unacceptable and sad at the same time. This little boy thinks this is okay and really it isn't. People were laughing at him and he/his mom didn't know. It was just very uncomfortable for me.

I teach my kids to abide by the rules of the home they are in, and if the hostess doesn't want them to be naked, carry an open cup of Sprite around, or whatever else, they don't do it.
