We celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Napa Rose just a couple of months ago, and it was great. We ordered a bunch of things and split all of it (we wanted to try a variety). We just planned on doing the splitting ourselves, but they brought the salad and main course out to us already split, no extra charge. We had the duck salad, steak with vegetables, truffled mac-and-cheese, and hot chocolate for dessert (yes, it is a full dessert). On the plate the hot chocolate sits on, they piped "Happy Anniversary" in chocolate.
We're so glad we went, and will definitely be going back. As far as I know, they're one of the two restaurants that do not provide for the AP dining discount. We did a review of our dinner at Napa Rose and posted it to
YouTube:

(most of our reviews we do in the restaurants, but thought it not a good idea to bring that much A/V equipment into Napa Rose

).
I would also recommend Wine Country Trattoria, as it has a nice, intimate atmosphere, and they have a special menu (which includes appetizer, main course, and dessert) that comes with a World Of Color preferred seating pass. We have a video review of that on our channel as well.
