Am in Orlando now.
Found we prefer the serenity of RPH to HRH and didn't like the upgrade to pool view due to the music thumping all day (but did appreciate them giving the free upgrade - some people might enjoy it
).
MIB was having technical problems from time to time. While we were on it, our car actually stopped for awhile. However, my score showed as being 999,999 so as far as I'm concerned there were no technical problems with the ride at all (that's my story, and I'm sticking to it)!
Was glad that Earthquake has reopened as Disaster. It was fun!
Family LOVED Rip Ride Rocket!
Saw Olivander's first (7 a.m. early entry), and DD picked out her wand and had it sent back to the room (normally takes 3 hours, but it was overnight since they were so backed up).
Forbidden Journey and the WWHP was almost unbelievable. The theming is magnificent. We were able to get in and out without any problems (although there were parts of the day when you couldn't).
We ate at Three Broomsticks, and everybody enjoyed it. The butterbeer was good, but I didn't like the pumpkin juice so much (to each their own, of course
).
I really wish Universal would get rid of those bicycle taxis!
