You know, that is the thing. Had they even stated it could take up to 6 weeks for your order to be sent out than people like me who had ordered gifts would not be as upset.
You know people that ordered on the 27th, 28th, ad even 29th getting their stuff before those who ordered on the 26th is the wrong way to handle this. Thirty One wants to blame
Amazon but yet from what I have been told by several consultants, they had this issue before using Amazon.
As for my fear about my daughter not getting her stuff, people are already stating they have not gotten items or gotten the wrong items and Thirty One is doing nothing to correct the issues. This is bad buisiness.
As for the pp stating items on backorder, at least all the companies I have dealt with previously have communicated and gave me the ability to check my order status unlike Thirty One has. Their communication stinks.
I honestly want nothing more than them to ship the correct way and shipping things out from orders days later is not right. I am beginning to wonder if they are not shipping based off of their Consultants' information like last name. Something is wrong with the way they are shipping the stuff out.
