My box arrived today. I ordered in the first 2 hrs. Last year I ordered on the 2nd day and it took several weeks to receive the order. I am on vacation and will get to open it when I get home.

Outlet orders which have shipped are now in consultants offices. If you know who you ordered from, call them. They can tell you if you have shipped yet. I showed none yesterday, but 6 today!

Be patient, the orders are coming!!!

Still no shipping notification or anything here so I did email Thirtyone. Someone else I know that ordered after me got shipping notification on hers so I want to know where mine is since I ordered on the 26th and she ordered on the 27th.

That is all got as well. I am so hoping it comes in very soon as my order includes things for my daughter's birthday which is this Saturday.

If you are concerned about your order, you can call Thirty-One at 1-866-GIFTS31. They will be able to look up your order and tell you the status. Your credit/debit card won't be charged until the order ships. The outlet sale is a huge event so it takes time to pull all of those orders.

i got a shipping notice several days ago, but when i tried to check the shipping status, i got a white page that said the page was unavailable. i've tried several times, and always get this same, white page.

That page will never load. Find the UPS tracking information in your email and put it in on ups.com. That's what I did and it showed the tracking etc.

I will NOT order from this company again!!!! When someone who orders the day AFTER I do is getting her stuff before I do, something is wrong!!!! When you get told by a Thrity One consultant that it does not matter when you ordered it because "there is no rhyme or reason to how they are shipped out" and there is nothing they can do, not good buisness.

ETA: And it could be the 31st before the stuff is even mailed out per the consultant. Ridiculous.

When I've ordered through a party, I've always gotten my things in a timely fashion. The delay doesn't bother me with this outlet sale. They are jammed I am sure, and I'm sure they are filling orders in the best way possible. I don't know their system, but but I'm sure there are a lot of valid reasons why someone who ordered after me might get their order before me. The deals were so good, I don't mind the wait and figure they will show up when they show up.

When I've ordered through a party, I've always gotten my things in a timely fashion. The delay doesn't bother me with this outlet sale. They are jammed I am sure, and I'm sure they are filling orders in the best way possible. I don't know their system, but but I'm sure there are a lot of valid reasons why someone who ordered after me might get their order before me. The deals were so good, I don't mind the wait and figure they will show up when they show up.

That's be fine if it wasn't for the fact that this order is mostly for my youngest's birthday. I have never waited more than 2 weeks for any order so, no, I am not happy with this.

I mean, now I get to explain to my soon to be 10 year old that while I ordered before her friend's mom, she gets to watch her friend with some of the same items that were ordered for her. I know I ordered first since I told the other mom about the sale after I had completely ordered and had my confirmation. It is really annoying that they honestly admit to having no rhyme or reason in their shipping methods. First come, first shipped would seem the fairest. Really, why should someone that ordered on the last day get their stuff shipped while those that were quick to order are made to wait longer??

I had hoped to get mine this week but it isn't looking promising. But I do like 31 stuff and I will order again as a delay is par for the course with massive orders like this.

My sons didn't get all the gifts by Christmas time either and I have an 8 year old. He was fine with just knowing it WAS coming and waiting.

My consultant said I might not get mine in 31 days. I ordered on the 28th. While its frustrating I have my party coming up soon so ill get All my stuff around the same time.

I'm sure most kids are able to understand that things don't always get shipped as planned. Many times over the years we've had to wrap up a photo of something with a note that it would arrive soon. Actually, in cases like these, the kids usually take their clue from the parent on how to respond.

"Life's not fair" is one of our family mottos for our kids and learning it has served them well in more ways than I can count.

I can't complain. I have never owned or even actually seen any thirty-one things but hear they are great. I ran across this thread and ordered a few things. At 70% off, heck, I'll wait.

I ordered day one, within an hour of when the sale opened and received my large (19 item) order yesterday.

I am in Ohio and that is also where the items shipped from.

While my order seems large to me, my guess is that others have ordered even larger amounts than I did!

Perhaps quantity, location, and order timing factor into delivery?
