Well, I've been to Disney many times, at all different times of year. I know when low season is, I know when high season is, I can easily access the Disney calendar for events and schedules and I, personally, avoid the parks with EMH mornings as they are typically the most crowded parks of the day. But, I also feel that when you plan for someone on a personal level, you have to also take that into account. I planned a trip for a friend last week and while they are at WDW they will be celebrating their daughter's b-day. They said they specifically wanted to spend her birthday in MK, and even though it was a morning EMH day and the crowds might be higher I scheduled around that request (I did give them the heads up on the fact that MK might have higher attendance that day and they were fine with it.)How would you determine park day suggestions?

If I am understanding, you wouldn't actually book the travel, yes? (thus not needing to be a travel agent). You would, more or less, be a consultant for Disney trips, right? I think that sounds awesome!! I think people would be willing to pay $40 for that service - since so many go in blind & regret that later.

Will Dreams Unlimited provide you with a trip itinerary if you don't book your vacation through them?
I think the main sponsor she would be "competing" with is TGM. But with his site, you do the bulk of the customizing it for yourself. He gives you all the great information as a starting point.
I too would make sure that the "client" knows you don't guarantee happiness. I would hate for someone to have a bad time and then give you negative press or a hard time.
That said - I like Mouse House Vacations, but you would be less likely to infringe on Disney Copyright if you go with Magical Family Vacations.

Did you book your vacation through them or on your own?
When you make dining reservations, don't you need to put a credit card down for the confirmation? I have not been in years, but at some places aren't credit cards required? Would you be using your own card and hoping the clients didn't walk away and leave you with a no show fee, or would the clients give you credit card info? If someone at Disney or someplace else lifted the number would you be liable as a security breech, even if it wasn't you? I would be leery. And does WDW have a toll free number to make the reservations? You could use a lot of cell minutes up waiting on hold or spend a lot of your home phone $ to make the calls.
Once you start accepting money, you become a business with all the associated self employment taxes and reporting requirements.
Sounds like a lot of potential headaches for $40 a trip.
No credit card required. Except maybe at Cinderella's Royal Table.

OP - I would definitely not choose a name with "DIS" in the title or "Princess Tiffany". The first because you'll run into trouble from the owners of this site and second because it just doesn't sound at all professional.
They book for you (no fee) make an itinerary, and will do your adr's.
I thought I had to give a CC for California Grill a few years ago. Guess not. Then that is one headache you may not encounter then.
