Thinking of starting a program...

I have been thinking about teaming up with a few computer nerds I know and creating a new rewards site aimed mostly at Disney. I am looking into all of the possibilities and was wanting some opinions since you all here are reward program experts. What kind of program would you like to see? What kinds of rewards would you like to see? Could you put up with a slow earner if the prizes were big (4 day hopper pass in 6 months?) How do you feel about earning tokens to put into a lottery for the prizes (not sure if I like that idea myself, but if you could do both , either earn and cash out for smaller things or take a chance at the big stuff)? I have no set plans at all, I really would like to know what people would most like to see.

Sounds good! Esp. the hopper passes. Disney Dollars would be good, too, along w/ GC's for restaurants in the WDW area.

My favorite rewards are paypal, webcertificate, disney dollars (in that order). Let us know what you decide. I'd love to check it out.

Sounds great! I personally don't like entering points for rewards. I'd rather redeem directly for the "prize".

I don't like to spend points for lotteries or chances to win cuz I feel like I am wasting those points (never win!)

I agree with the previous posters. Don't particularly like tokens for chances to win. GC for WDW area restaurants and park hopper passes sound great!

I would like it if it had Gift Certificates to the Rainforest Cafe and Planet Hollywood.....

I've gotten to the point where I really only participate with programs where I can earn Web Certificates and only those that I'm able to shop through.

I like a program that allows my husband and I to each have an account.Disney rewards are great but not by contest.

Thanks for all of the responses. I have decided taht the contest method IS NOT the way to go. I will be meeting with a group this weekend to look over the software options and a few other specifics, will keep you all updated!

Tokens and chances are BADDDD! That is the #1 reason why I won't do a program.

Earnig gift certificates through shopping and surfing is great. Earning hopper passes in 6 months is a fast earner. A hopper pass is about $200.00 for adults and $160.00 for kids. That's pretty good for a rewards program lately.

It would also be beneficial if we could have more than one account per home address.
