Thinking of Buying Question

I am thinking about buying-in to the DVC and am trying to assess buying from Disney at SS vs. a re-sale. Any advice would be welcome. One question, do any of the studio apartments have connecting doors to other studio apartments? If in some resorts and not others, which ones? Possible to get connecting studios by request?

Right now, I don't think resale prices on SSR contracts can compare with the $86 promotional price DVC is offering. You can almost certainly get a resale contract for less at OKW or Vero, but those contracts end in 2042 which makes them 12 years shorter than SSR.

The special price requires a referral from a current DVC member. If you need help with that, feel free to send me a Private Message. That price is scheduled to end on 1/20/07 and if past promoational incentives are any indication, you will never see a lower price again.

As for your Studio question, no there are no connecting studios at any of the DVC resorts. Most studios connect to a One Bedroom villa to form a Two Bedroom.
