Although my husband and I are very interested, we've never been near the Beach Club during our stays at WDW (4 - twice at Wilderness Lodge and twice at Polynesian, last visit 2/02). Please tell us more about Beach Club. Thanks!

The thing I love about the Beach Club & Boardwalk is the quick walk to Epcot (International Gateway) and the easy boat ride to MGM. I also love the area itself, during the day it is very pretty with the lake, at night there's a "festival" atmosphere. Lots of restaurant choices. The hotels are both very bright, we found the Polynesian to be too dark. I've stayed at the Beach Club and own at Boardwalk, both are great!

the BC/YC/BCV has the best pool at any WDW resorts - it has a name Storm-a-long-Bay and it is own acres (I think 3) - it is a lot of fun all by itself. Each resort also has it own quiet pool. The Cape May Cafe is a great place to eat - the breakfast is buffett with characters, the dinner is a seafood buffett (other stuff too) - both have been good (great sometimes). the beaches and cream is a wonderful place for a hamburger or milk shake. there is a gym with equipment, a hair saloon, an arcade that they all share. One of my favorite places - I would love to buy there but the budget (right now) can't handle it - of course I have 450 points so I am not suffering.
