Thinking of buying another contract- question

So I am thinking about adding on and I wanted to know something. I have have 190 points at OKW and add on at CCV say like small contract 60-70 points am I only allowed to use those points to book a stay there or can I use the points at OKW too? Just curious as I am new to all this and just learning.

You can use them at OKW but only book at OKW with CCV points inside 7 months

You can only use your OKW points for bookings 11-7 months out and your CCV add on points would be only at CCV for 11-7 months booking window. At the 7mo booking window you could use all of them combined anywhere except RIV which is restricted from resale points being use there.

One additional thing, an "add-on" must be the same UY month and titled the same on the deed.

If it is an add-on, it is very easy to pool points at the 7 month window to book whatever is available.

If you are just adding additional points by buying another contract but it has a different UY (for example), using the contracts together tends to be a little more complicated at the 7 month window (either transferring pts between contracts or else booking 2 reservations and asking MS to link them so that you don't have to move).
